Launched in 2018, ABRASTONE is the first worldwide platform devoted to residential real estate, displaying an important choice of residential developments in the world's most attractive cities.

It permits for a potential buyer to directly contact the developer, a local bank or a loval tax or law advisor.

Why only new developments ?

Important cities like Miami, London, Paris or Dubaï are the reflect a constant evolution. They change, spread out, get digitalized and only new developmetns can garanty the buying of a property in the respect of the environmental and technological standards. 

ABRASTONE has been founded by two young entrepreneurs on the simple idea that residential investment should not have any borders and that there is still no tool that can allow this investment process.

Before launching this project, the founders were occupying important roles in Investment Banking and Real Estate Development in Europe.
